BD-Eclipse are safety needles with a fully integrated needle safety system. The locking mechanism offers optimal protection against needle stick injuries. This ensures a safe and easy injection. The safety needle safety system is designed in such a way that the usual puncture technique can be used and no additional steps are required. As soon as the needle is removed from the patient, a safety sleeve clicks audibly and tangibly onto the needle. The BD Eclipse safety needles can be safely used with all Luer-Lock connections.
