Instructions

Dip the test strip into the fresh urine for about 1 second. Smooth the excess urine on the back of the strip over the edge of the container to remove it. After 30 to 60 seconds, compare the test strip with the color scale. The best time to compare is after 30 seconds. Color changes that take place after more than 2 minutes are not important. When testing, the urine should not be older than two hours.
